Privacy Policy

How AI Workflow Digital collects, uses, and retains personal data when you enquire about or attend training.

Data controller

Data we collect

  • Enquiry forms: name, email address, lesson of interest, preferred timing, and message content.
  • Booking & attendance: contact details, deposit and payment references, attendance notes needed to deliver follow-up chart reviews.
  • Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated page-view data as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for national ID numbers, bank passwords, or brokerage login credentials through this website.

We process data to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, deliver included follow-ups, issue invoices where applicable, improve the clarity of our training pages, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Processing is based on steps prior to contract, performance of a training agreement, our legitimate interests in operating a training desk, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are typically retained up to 18 months. Booking and payment records are retained as required by Taiwan accounting and tax rules, generally up to 5–7 years. Analytics data is retained according to the cookie durations listed in the Cookie Policy. You may request earlier deletion where law allows.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of participants and staff.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor stores data in another jurisdiction, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer. Where you join a remote lesson from outside Taiwan, limited data may be processed in the countries where our video or email providers operate.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing stored preferences and revisiting the site. To exercise rights, email hello@ai-workflow.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

Children

Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
