Refund Policy
Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for workshops, labs, and chart reviews.
Effective date: 30 July 2026
This policy applies to paid technical analysis training offered by AI Workflow Digital: the Chart Structure Risk Workshop, Evening Structure Lab, One-to-One Chart Review, and privately quoted group sessions.
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether a deposit or full fee was paid, and whether the lesson has already started or materials have been issued. Educational seats are not retail goods; once a live session is underway, fees for that session are generally non-refundable.
Deposits
Workshop and lab seats are held with a deposit stated in your booking confirmation (typically 30% of the seat price). Deposits are credited toward the balance due before the session. Private chart reviews are usually invoiced in full when the slot is confirmed.

Refund requests must be emailed to hello@ai-workflow.digital from the address used in your booking.
Rescheduling
You may request one complimentary reschedule to another published date of the same lesson type if notice is given at least 7 days before the original start. Later reschedule requests are treated as cancellations under the table above unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session (instructor illness, venue closure, insufficient enrolment), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
Partial refunds & work already started
- Once a workshop or lab has begun, fees for that session are non-refundable, including if you leave early.
- If a one-to-one review has started (including after we have reviewed charts you submitted), the session fee is non-refundable.
- Printed worksheet packs issued in advance of a remote seat are non-refundable once shipped; if we cancel, we refund tuition and may ask you to keep materials for a future date.
Purchased materials
Separate purchase of extra printed packs (when offered) is non-refundable once dispatched. Digital worksheets included with a seat are licensed for personal use and are not refundable after delivery.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank or card processing times may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio.
Exceptions
Exceptions for documented medical emergencies or force majeure may be granted at our discretion and may take the form of a credit toward a future lesson rather than a cash refund.
