These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the website ai-workflow.digital and enrolment in training offered by AI Workflow Digital (“we,” “us”), operating from 12F, No. 5, Kaohsiung, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Acceptance

By using this website or submitting an enquiry to book a lesson, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.

Services described

The site describes live technical analysis training focused on risk management through chart structure — workshops, labs, and chart reviews. Descriptions are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing and any required deposit is received.

No investment advice

Training is educational. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or guarantees of trading results. Markets used as examples are for illustrating chart structure only. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, slide decks, annotated examples, and website content are owned by AI Workflow Digital or licensed to us. You may use materials provided during a lesson for your personal study. You may not copy, resell, record, or redistribute training materials without prior written consent.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information through forms. We may suspend access that interferes with site operation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from trading decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AI Workflow Digital against claims arising from your misuse of the site or from trading activity you undertake, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our training services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
